Because if you can't attach meaning to these 3 things, they are meaningless to the other person. Money without meaning is meaningless. A great client experience without meaning is meaningless. Freedom on your schedule, but no meaning behind what you're going to do with it... is meaningless.

The moment I connect the dots of what more money, more freedom, and a better client experience could mean to this individual person, is the moment that their perspective begins to change.
