This is a number that I get a lot of push back on from time to time. People say, “Well, wait a minute. No, I'd be much higher than that.” The reality is, yeah sure, if you're recruiting two people a year maybe you’re higher than that, but as you start to stack in volume you have to be prepared for how the metrics work.

Particularly because we're not just looking for conversions. We're looking for profitable conversions. So we can't just have people who come in, and we're giving away everything in order to get that ‘yes’ just to feel good about it. We’ve got to make profitable yes’s with people who are the right fit.
